Peter Weyland at TED2023: I will change the world - A TEDTalk from the future as envisioned by Prometheus director Ridley Scott
If you have not seen this TED Talks, Its actually not a REAL talk but a futuristic TED Talks conceived and designed by Ridley Scott, Damon Lindelof and directed by Luke Scott for the release for the 2012 release of the Aliens prequel "Prometheus". The talk is produced in conjunction with TED because the Writers of "Prometheus" wanted to expand the ideas of TED to a new audience.
If you are not familiar with the "Aliens" series, Peter Weyland, played by Guy Pearce is a tech industry tycoon who owns Weyland Industries, a interplanetary company involved with Terra Forming, Mining and Bio warfare in the Aliens world.
In "I will change the world" Peter Weyland gives a talk at TED2023 about technology, how it changed the world and the story of Prometheus and how he wants to change the world.

The Polka Dot Princess - Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama
Yayoi Kusama was born 1929 in Matsumoto, Japan. She is a Japanese Artist whose paintings, collages, soft sculptures, performance art and environmental installations centred around Polka dots sharing an obsession with repetition, patterns and accumulation. Describing herself as an "obsessive artist" drawing inspiration from her life long suffering from mental illness as a child. Kusama, now in her early eighties lives in a studio nears a mental hospital in Tokyo and where she she still produces her art works.
Yayoi Kusama also became the first Japanese woman to receive the Praemium Imperiale in 2006, one of Japan's most prestigious prizes for internationally recognized artists. She is considered as Japan's greatest living artist.
The world's largest stop-motion animation set shot using a Nokia N8
'Gulp' is a short film created by Sumo Science at Aardman, depicting a fisherman going about his daily catch. Shot on location at Pendine Beach in South Wales, every frame of this stop-motion animation was shot using a Nokia N8, with its 12 megapixel camera and Carl Zeiss optics. The film has broken a world record for the 'largest stop-motion animation set', with the largest scene stretching over 11,000 square feet.

Japanese Pop Artist - Takashi Murakami
Takashi Murakami is a Japanese artist and designer, he is best know for his collaboration with Louis Vuitton creating the popular cherry blossom LV handbag and colorful LV monograms. His stayle have been described as a fusion of Japanese Manga Anima and modern art. His is also leading his own art movment "Superflat" desciring the currently culturealy indenity of Japan. Here you will find two short aminations "Supeflat" he created for LV and a BBC documarty introduction Takashi Murakami and his works.
Taiwanese artist and illustrator - Jimmy Liao - A Fish With A Smile
For over tens years Jimmy Liao has been creating books capturing the imagination of a generation of both children and adults alike. Telling stories of urban life and imagery characters in the city. In 1998 he published the book "A Fish With A Smile" in Taiwan, earning him numerous book awards and was regarded as "The Best Children's Books" by Taiwanese newspapers. A Fish With A Smile was also made into short animated film and was Jimmy's venture into animation.

Vertical Garden by French Botanist Patrick blanc
Vertical Gardens or Green Walls are whole gardens grown on the walls of a buildings, They are designed with an artistic element and serve as a living sculpture.
