Antiperspirants vs Deodorants

Antiperspirants: contains chemical compounds that block the pores in your body and stops the discharge of perspiration or sweat. The active compounds found in many antiperspirants are aluminum based such as Aluminium Chlorohydrate. With the Pores blocked, sweat is reduced, preventing the growth of odour causing bacteria.

Deodorants: on the other hand allows the release of perspiration, but prevents body odour by killing odor-causing bacteria with antiseptic agents.

Application: Crystal Deodorants are easily incorporated into your daily hygienic routine and use after baths and showers.

Step 1: After a bath or shower, towel dry your body.

Step 2: Wet your Crystal Deodorants in water and rub on to underarms, feet and other sweaty odor-prone areas.

Step 3: Allow to dry. Do not wipe the area as this will remove the thin layer of mineral salts.

Step 4: Rinse Crystal Deodorant, towel dry the stone and store in a dry place. It will crystallize and caused minor abrasion on the skin when used next if the stone is not dried. If this happens, wet the stone again before use to smooth out the minor rough edges.

Note: Keep Body Crystal in a dry place as contact with water will cause it to melt.

Do not leave a wet Alum Stone on Marble top bench as it will leave a layer of salt crystals.
